My shipping is not calculating for my USPS account.

I deactivated and tried to re-activate my account since this happens way too often!!! I have contacted shopify - who led me here and am losing business because of this issue. A big article went up on my company this morning and now potential customers are not able to purchase. Please assist me in getting my account back activated.

Same here. Lost atleast 5 customers who were kind enough to even say something was wrong. Very disappointed.
Ditto here. 12 hours for this kind of outage is ridiculous.
