Nominated for World's worst website award.

This website has been an embrassment for the USPS long enough. Someone please put it out of its misery and go back tot he old one- which didn't have Spider Man or other completely unnecessary gimmicks.

This website has been a turd for well over a year, and the embiciles whop run this IT department should all be fired, after they accept their award for crafting the world's worst website.

And yeah, the website is down, yet again. Right at the end of the day, when I am to print all my labels for my outgoing business parcels. I'm tried of having to point to the USPS website as the reason customers are mad at me for no tracking, wrong tracking, or late packages becuase I can't fill out paperwork manually at the end of my day- when I sit down to do the day's labels.

I'll use UPS today, and may consider switching all my parcels back to UPS. It's just not worth saving the extra few $$ for all this hassle.
