but refereshing doesn't work. it just eliminates typed address. i can't send this envelope because i need to send priority mail with tracing!

Yes, encountering the same problem. USPS website is one of the worst ecommerce sites in the history of the internet. I would say they got some middle school I/T club to program the site but they would probably do a better job.
