I've actually been having this issue since at least Dec 2nd. Am sure something with the most recent updates has to be behind this cuz nothing about my computer or internet environment has changed. I've done everything suggested by usps when finally got a hold of them by email and by phone. I hope they resolve this asap vs blaming us for the issue. I've tried Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox and all show some variation of error message preventing from paying the label and finishing the transaction.
It did work on a different computer (after multiple payment rejection claims that I believe are a glitch too) I still don't know what is different between the two computers to see what is the work around but still needs to be fixed cuz the computer it worked on doesn't have access to the printer so is inconvenient to pay for shipping on one pc to email pdf to other for printing. The website is broken and needs to be fixed. At least revert it to the previous working version until these major bugs are sorted.
We were having this exact problem and upgrading the firmware on our Watchguard firewall fixed it.
