Click & Ship broken - can't print or pay

This is a recurring problem for me (on a Mac) for 2 weeks, ever since the holiday upgrade.  They broke the site.  Can type in address label info but not "continue" or link to next page will appear.  Can't save address, can't pay for label, can't print.  Was told to clear cache and cookies, restart and try again.  That worked one time.  But every single day since then (at least a week) it's not working at all.  Cleared and rebooted dozens of times.  Tried all 3 browsers doing the same thing (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) to no avail.  Click & Ship function is completely unavailable - and I use this for business packages.  It's the busiest time of year and a freaking holiday to boot.  But now we have to stand in line at the post office?  Unbelievable!!
