ONE HOUR WAIT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! SERIOUSLY !!!???
I have a small business in the Bay Area and also full time caregiver to
my 87 year old mom...can't leave the house to go to post office. The Click and Ship has been very convenient in shipping my orders. However, recently it has been down more than up, and, seeing as how I use the Flat Rate Regional boxes the post office will not accept them !
Now not only I can't ship from home I can't ship from the post office unless I use my own box or the Non-Regional boxes which costs my customer MORE money! Seriously USPS !? I'm using the most current FireFox and have ried all the other suggestions you posted and nothing works ! WHEN is this going to be fixed?! PLEASE ! this is causing unhappy customers and loosing me income, not to mention frustration that I don't need taking care of an 87 year old mom !!!
