Click n ship is hung up at the Billing Information prompt...just keeps 'processing'. So frustrating, I've tried to close and reopen, and to change servers. it's obviously a problem at the USPS site. I'm trying to get a care package off to my son at college and this delay may make the difference of him getting it during finals week or not. Help!
