Having seroius problems with print and ship!!! Takes me as far as billing but no matter how many payment methods I try it will not accept payment. Was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday and 30 today with no answer!
First the online account password would not work, then using the new online password, I got into click and ship but couldn't get past the continue button on the password change page. Calls to the system were not answered, over 30 minutes and still on hold. This has gone on for over a week as of Monday, 2/16. Reported it to local news channel.
