Have been trying to get tracking information for a package returned for credit for weeks. Have submitted complaints to USPS website, but sstill cannot access tracking history

Same here. We were able to pay for labels, but not print them and need to request refunds for all of them now. I'll try submitting a complaint as well. I can't believe it has been down this long.
