I can do everything up until the payment processing page fine. However as soon as I enter my payment information I get an error message claiming that my card has been declined and that it cannot accept this payment type. I called usps support and they told me that there was no lock on my account and that I should try to switch to Firfox browser which also did not work for me. Now I am waiting for them to continue with updating their site and fix this issue.
Is anyone else having this same problem?

pay with paypal when your card not accepted! Easy work around.

I got the proper size boxes to appear, so, for me, the site is back up now (useless from Wed AM until Fri AM.) Is it fixed yet for you? My credit card works.
BUT! It did try to overcharge my by $20! I had to put the item in cart, proceed to checkout, edit item and go back to checkout to get it to show the right price! The incorrect price it first was charging me has no immediately apparent reason. I have no idea what the website is thinking. Be sure to check the total before you check out.
