I can't move on the next week in choosing a career, there was a eCareer maintenance about a week and a half ago , but it's still the same. I can't take the 473 Exam without this last step.

I set up my profile several months ago.After I logon can't get pass the first page.I keep getting an error message stating that my phone number is not entered correctly.I have already taken exam and passed.It will not let me apply for jobs.
