I have been unable to view my activity history for weeks now.

I just spoke with an agent about the activity history problem. She said to go to the screen where you are printing a label and then click on the "shipping history" icon. Worked great and all my missing activity from December and January popped up. They must have changed the software.

activity history unavailable for transactions later than November 18, 2014. Additionally, if we are to "enter the code without spaces" why in g-d's name DO YOU INSERT SPACES?
