Try Fedex or USPS. UPS is not the only game in town.
As long as my packages aren't in limbo somewhere it's not the end of the world that it can't be tracked. Hopefully it won't bring the whole shipping system to a standstill (and there's retroactive tracking when its up again). One day isn't a big deal but this needs to be fixed by the end of the day!
