Been trying to find a product for 30 mins. Called Target Customer Service 3 times and they cannot help because they have no access to data during this "system update" that is inconveniently and suspiciously happening in the middle of the day on a business day. Super unhappy right now but what can one do? :(

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy phone through the Target website on Feb 28 and still have not heard anything from them regarding shipping. The mobile site has been down since last week. I tried calling and I guess their customer care number is down also. ARE THEY STILL THERE?
If not, I'd like my money back.
