PNC says my online banking access disabled

Trying to simply log in online but get this mrssage:

Your Online Banking/Telephone Banking access has been disabled, and you are unable to sign on at this time. To continue, please call 1-800-762-2035.
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET

 

RETURN CODE: P41005020

My online banking is locked by typing mistake. I have phoned PNC service. She (service) asked me a recent transcation. I just know how much i pay for recent transcation but i cannot remember which day. Usually i check transaction history by online banking.  But now the service Lady ask me to get all correct information.

Could somebody from PNC tell me How can i do to get the solution?

The only thing that I can think of is to wait for an account statement that tells you your recent transactions
