My online banking is locked by typing mistake. I have phoned PNC service. She (service) asked me a recent transcation. I just know how much i pay for recent transcation but i cannot remember which day. Usually i check transaction history by online banking. But now the service Lady ask me to get all correct information.
Could somebody from PNC tell me How can i do to get the solution?

The only thing that I can think of is to wait for an account statement that tells you your recent transactions
