app won't load. Boards, pins, pictures are not appearing

I have downloaded app, deleted it because it didn't open, downloaded it again and it still only takes me to the first page without letting me get into the site. There is a message saying I am just a step away from joining but I can't open anything to join. The bottom of the page where it says 15 seconds to sign up or something like that is partially hidden on my screen, I can't click anything to open anything up
