The app keeps flashing, and a message that pops up with authentication error. It won't let me log in.

I am having the same issue. Was able to change my password yesterday and access the program but today am getting the blinking again. Was able to to get to the login screen but would not take the new password. Now can't even access the screen because of the authentication error and blinking. reset the password through Pinterest but it won't work either. I am also not able to get e-mails? Please help!
