Continually either fails to load anything other than the Pandora logo, or gives the error that the next song is taking longer than expected to play (even though no song has played previously). We have a paid account - what gives??

Same here..paid account with you and to begin with I only signed up for a month and they took out a year on me but couldnt do anything about it whereas the sight went down while I was paying for one month and didnt notice it charged me for the year until I got the bill but it was ok because I love the music but it is seriously down more then it is up and at this rate I want my money back unless some kind of solution is in the works..
