Won't login thru iPad

I installed the new update for Netflix ,a newer better ,faster ,interface or what not,,,and at a time when Apple finally seemed to fix all my wifi issues ,with their last update,,now I can't watch frickin Netflix again,,,I called Netflix yesterday ,and the person I talked to assured me that they were aware of the problem ,and had technicians ,on the job ,,and that it would be repaired very shortly, I have installed ,uninstalled, changed my (Email & Password) shut of my iPad mini and ,reset my router ,I have been able to do absolutely every thing else ,(EXCEPT) the one thing That I really want to do ,,,,,and that is to watch Netflix on my iPad mini! I have never in my entire life been so frustrated ,I feel absolutely exploited ,by these big companies ,,I think that if you can't access the sites that you pay for ,,then they should have to give you something,,,a free month ,,a public apology ,,,but no,,they don't even want anyone to know ,,,that IPads are not working at this time,they want to try and fix the problem ,and then pretend that it never happened!!! (REPUTATION) what good does it do,,honesty is the best policy,,I have spent at least 8 hours of my life ,,thinking it was something that I was not doing ,,or doing that I shouldn't have???Why can't they just be honest up front ,and save my time,,,I could have been actually enjoying my time ,,,,it's the one commodity that once you spend you can never get it back!! Please just let people know what the hell is going on! Sincerely Dale Cook
