this happened last Sunday. It has encountered an error once again. Makes me want to use another provider. I don't watch this often but the last 2 times it won't connect. Shoddy

Saturday night, December 13 we could not connect to Netflix. Today, Sunday Dec. 14, Netflix will not load. We have hulu also, and it is loading, so we know that it is not the internet connection.
