White Screen but can hear sound

I am having the exact same problem. I thought I had done something wrong, I'm glad I found this website.

I am having the same problem and at tines only 20% loading

Having the same problem. White screen and sound.

I read on another forum that this is only a problem for some episodes on netflix, so what I did was go to the episode prior and jump to the end. When the screen post-credits prompted me to continue to the next episode, I clicked through and everything worked. It seems that some episodes are only messed up if you try to get to them from the browsing screen--if you go into the show, then there's no problem.
