In Brazil netflix stopped the service on 24/12/2012 and did not return until this moment, someone actually knows when the service will return. Garbage Service

Your Roku is fine...it's Netflix. They are having a glitch with programs via Amazon. It's only affecting the East. They keep saying they're fixing it. Here is the twitter account to follow it. https://twitter.com/Netflixhelps
