Yes great I love jumping through hoops to get the service I pay for! Customer service has sucked too called them and "Josh" had the same recommendation. But I shouldn't have to download something new to deal with their problem. It was excuse after excuse, like a child. "Don't stream on your phone, it's meant for wi-if." Really we'll then we is there an App for that and why did you feel compelled to update it 2 in 5 days to try to fix problems that might be "on my end"?!

Delete cookies, temp internet files and browsing history and it should work again
