Your service is really getting sad. 1st You break the Company up into two different sections (probably so you could charge more)2nd Now there is more down time. I really enjoyed it better when everything was one entity and I could order dvds straight from my dvd player. Since you broke it to two parts now I have to go over to computer to order mailed dvds. You really should think of bringing it back together and dropping the price. You kind of remind me of that soda company that decided to change the recipe of a formula that had sold millions of bottles of what they say was THE REAL THING because some genius in marketing thought it would sell better. Instead you should have listen to the old guy that said "IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT! I'm just about to give up and find another service.By the way, the soda company went back to their original formula and they're still around, Netflix the direction you're going it's beginning to look a lot less promising
