OK, this is now day 6 where the site says engineers on working on the problem. Really???? Where's the service, where's the site? What's going on???
Monthly refund should be in order!
Have loved having Netflix but think they should send out info to their customers to explain this continuing problem and offering something to make up for the loss of service. I would also like to know if this is going to be a continuing problem.
The problem seems to be only with my user data and queue, because I can log in and stream video well enough.

Can't imagine why my post upset you so much. I DO read books but do like an occasional movie. Just wondering....why were you on this site and not reading a book yourself?
Delete cookies, temp internet files and browsing history and it should work again
