Click sign in loading circle appears for a second and won't do nothing else

Able to get to Netflix, but after selecting movie, gets hung up "loading, please wait..." while the little arrows continue to chase each other. Eventually, the boxes come up that say "network is down" Retry or Cancel.
No problems watching on puter - just Sony Blu Ray - AGAIN
