This is not the first time I have had this problem. Calling support is useless. It only happens on my mac, streams fine on my PC, but from time to time it just doesn't work at all for hours at a time.

Same for my roku, starts loading like its going to play and then crashes.
Can log in and access site. As soon as I click on a movie it will say loading and the bar only goes 1/4 of the way and stop loading.
