I am using safari on a mac and between every movie or tv show this message pops up and i have to close safari and re open it to resume playing. by the end of the epidose i have to repeat the process. I f you have any fixes please let me know because this is very anoying.
I can't watch anything at the moment, getting the same error all the time. It's very annoying, cause I keep paying my bills. Can I contact netflix? Or are there any other solutions?

I've been having this same problem for several weeks. I have asked Netflix by IM and phone and AFTER they run me thru the obsticle course and jump thru their many hoops of supposed fixes....they keep telling me they will have it fixed in a few hours....this has gone on for several weeks now and I am getting pretty ticked off about it. They had better plan to give me a refund if they can't resolve this issue!!!

The reason it doesn't work on Mac OSX Safari is because Google gave Netflix a big break on their search engine fees if they would intentionally make Netflix incompatable with Safari. The objective is to force Mac users to switch to Google Chrome. Same old crap. Used to be be MicroSoft. Now its Google. The consumer gets screwed as giant corporate interests try to control us like cattle to be milked for revenue.
I will not capitulate to using Chrome and I am increasingly becoming alienated from Google as a company. Google, you guys used to be amazing. What happened to you?
I was having this problem consistently and finally figured out how to fix it. Just download google chrome onto your computer and it should work! If you get another error code just go to google chrome settings and update all the components and you are all set!
