Netflix is down. HBO GO is working fine. Other services are working fine. Primarily just the one that I pay for directly for Roku is inaccessible.

Netflix went down about 2:30 Mountain stander time with and error code 010. I done everything that I could think of nothing worked. I even contacted my internet provider they done everything that they could think of and still nothing. they told my to contact Roku. Had to leave and he mail. I even tried to get on Netflix's help page and that is even down. Everything else works with no problem.
am watching netflix on pc but the site is giving me problems and still not loading on my roku to watch in the bedroom
My Netflix is down too (using Roku). Hulu plus is working, it appears to be a Netflix specific problem.
I have having the same issue with netflix on my roku box. I go to load netflix and it says internet connection problem and to try the connection with another device to be sure I have a connection. I can access any of the other channels on the roku box with no connection issues. It seems to be just netflix that wont establish a internet connection with the roku box. I can access netflix on my laptop and on my PS3 console. Anyone else with any information or a fix please reply and let me know. Thanks.
