Why is my Netflix down.

I have a high speed connection, brand new computer, adobe shockwave, flash, latest browsers, cleared all cookies and everything so no it's not my hardware or software.

Hulu and Netflix not working but everything else is fine

make sure you have Microsoft Silverlight installed for Netflix Netflix does not use Adobe Flash player to stream video for instant play or what ever they call it. good luck
