Netflix still freezes when opening for my Panasonic Smart TV

Tech acknowledged that they have fixed Samsung and LG Smart TVs issues but not Panasonic. I'm giving them another couple of days then I'm canceling. Their business is circling the bowl anyway and will be out of business in a year or so...
