netflix server 3 has error nw2-5

his has been going on for more tan 4 days. went through all the fixes indicated on your help page. with no results. this happens ablout once ever y 4 to 6 weeks.

Richmond, VA area - April 9 at around 8:30 PM EDT I had trouble gettring Netflix to open. I use Roku as my device and Verizon as my ISP. The problem continued through the night and continues today, April 10th. I did all the common fixes: checked Roku date/time coordination, reset the router, reset the Roku device. I checked 'connections' and got the error message that the Netlix 'Server3' was not working. IS there a fix that we can do or do we need to wait for Netflix to add more server capacity? Are others having the same issue? IS Netflix going to credit us for lack of service?
