Netflix not loading on Roku device

The following message appears while trying to connect via Roku:

"We are unable to connect to Netflix at this time. Press 'OK' on your remote control to return to the Rokue home screen and try again later. if the progblem persists, please visit netflix.com/tvhelp on your computer.

netflix.com/tvhelp does not work. The webpage at http://support.netflix.com/en/node/461 is currently unavailable.

Netflix seems to down. Internet is working - same situation as above . Seems to be down for a while.

same issue, roku is broke with netflix and support pages are down. am able to stream through phone though

Same problem here. Roku cannot connect to Netflix and the support pages are down. I just bought this thing tonight and it doesn't work.
