Been trying to connect for three hours. Can we get a credit for the time system is down?
How much could you possibly expect??.. 5 cents? 10 cents?? even if the system is down for a day it only works out to about .26 cents. Now if this happens for days on end... then yes a credit would be nice.... but its been down for a few hours (from the time of your post)...and already asking for money back.
Well yea we ask for a credit!! We pay for the service and the service is down and even if its only 25 cents its the principle! We're not paying for the service for it NOT to be working
