Netflix down on Roku

I'm able to access Hulu and other channels but not Netflix. My wireless connection is excellent.

Cannot access Netflix on Roku but all other channels are working fine. Merry Christmas from Netflix? Bah humbug.

I'm having the same problem. Kept saying I wasn't connected to the internet (error code 010), even though my connection was fine for everything else. I even did a factory reset of the Roku. Now I can't even sign into my Netflix account. This has been an issue for several hours now. I am able to access Netflix just fine via my computer.

I'm having the same problem. I can pull up my netflix account and que and all that, but when I go to watch It's Always Sunny, it tells me to check internet connection (error 010)

Same here. I also factory reset just because the glitch in Shutterfly screensaver time out. So glad I read this because I have done the same steps in resolving without seeing anything. Thanks for posting

Same her - on Roku Hulu+ is working fine, Netflix is down. Rebooted Roku, and router, no improvement.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem out here in Idaho. I can watch other stuff on the roku, but whenever I try to get on netflix it tells me code 010, that it can't connect.

Just adding my complaint to the others: Netflix does not work on the Roku from 3pm - 8:30pm (Pacific).

Same issue here. Was getting error code saying I was not connected when I tried to play a movie, but I know my connection was fine. Uninstalled the Netflix channel from my Roku and reinstalled and now it won't log in to my account at all. Bahhumbug.

My Roku Netflix still isn't connecting either; in Phoenix area. It has been down all day. It is now 11:44 Pm

Like others I cannot login to netflix from roku. Also saying not connected when I know it is. At least its not my box. Sucks because I just purchased a 1 year netflix and a roku box for a friend and was trying to set it up. I hope they get it fixed by christmas day or this gift will be crap. Thank you netflix for being such a!*#$les and for blocking access to your help page on your website when you all are having issues.
