Same problem, on ipad and iPhone. However, Netflix is available on my pc over the same wireless network.
I installed the Netflix update on my iPad yesterday and now Netflix won't run at all. I get to the red Netflix page and it just stays there.
I have exactly the same problem as JW.
Please help !!
Problem resolved itself without my taking any action. I quit using it for a bit, and the next time I tried it worked just fine.
