I switched my router's DNS server from 75.75.75.75 to 8.8.8.8, I was able to watch movies. I suspect Netflix had a DNS error and it still has to propagate around the country. Note: 8.8.8.8 is one of the major DNS servers in the country and is one of the first to have the latest updates.
