NETFLIX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Literally THOUSANDS of hours nation wide were spent by subscribers on Christmas Eve to troubleshoot NETFLIX'S problem!  They could have prevented this by a simple posting on their site.  WHOEVER MADE THE DECISION TO SHUT DOWN THEIR HELP PAGE IS AN IDIOT AND SHOULD BE FIRED!  IF THIS IS THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE RUNNING NETFLIX I WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!  I'M UNSUBSCRIBING!  YEP, I'M PISSED!

Another pissed off customer LOL, I'm the person who called them and urge them to post just one sentence on their website to let people know they are down, but they just don't get it, posting stuff on twitter will not help the majority of the subscribers, why would people go to another website like twitter to read about netflix? if they wanna post status for netflix, they need to post it on netflix.com, not twitter, not facebook, not no one but netflix.com themselves.

Merry Christmas to everyone Get a life - NetFlix is Not ruining your Christmas - maybe they are making it a more memorable one if all of you get off the couch and go outside to explore and take a walk together and actually talk to each other I live alone with my dog and plan to go for a hike in the snow and look for ducks and turkeys Everyone turn off the tv, phones etc and get out with each other for a Happy New Year!

To Energyze...You seem to have plenty of time to troll and be a b!*#h under the guise of "MERRY CHRISTMAS". I think we understand why you live alone...lol! I bet you'll also have time to respond to this post! I pay for a service and like most people complaining about the outage, it's bad timing and inconsiderate on Netflix's part to not own up. They have a history of this, along with giving 3rd parties our information. Check it out or keep your head in the sand with your wonderful life. Oh, and Merry Christmas...give your dog a hug for me!
