netflix has not been able to connect for hours. my family wanted to watch some movies ad shows together. hulu is working fine. going to cancel netflix asap

My Netflix is working on one Visio and iPad; however, it will not connect on my son Vizio. He watches it every night. What is going on?? Please help ASAP.
I am having the same issue with my Co-Star
I was having the same issue on the neo tv last night and discovered it was still an issue today. At the moment, I am also unable to get anything to load past 7% on mac book. Nothing quite like having everyone home for the holidays and not being able to use a product like this that you count on to work when you go to use it.
I have the same issue with my NeoTV all other services are working except the one we use the most Netflix.
