Loads to 25% on PS3

Video playback will suddenly stop and start to buffer. Buffer stops at 25%. I have tried deleting all game data, video data associated with PS3. Then also pressing select and start at startup screen to reset and enter credentials again. I've tried logging out of Netflix and logging in again. Nothing is working. This started happening in the last week. Previously, I have not had this problem. PS3 software was updated on my machine last week. That may have triggered this issue. I uninstalled Netflix and reinstalled it with the latest Netflix version. Still no fix.

Same problem. It was the Netflix update that seems to have caused it, since that's when the problem started and I hadn't done the PS3 update yet. Which I did afterwards and it didn't make any difference. Have tried all the possible netflix fixes, nothing works. Everything only loads to 25%. Very annoying!

same problem with my ps3 Netflix ask me to update did not have an option not too so i did...so now Netflix is stuck on stupid buffers to 25% and freezes if I exit out of Netflix completely on my ps3 which takes time then go through the whole load back into Netflixthen it will let me watch it ...sometimes..other times it'll play for short. And just when you think you're going to get to watch your stuff it does it all over again and freezes up this is so frustrating come on Netflix!!!!and I don't know how to fix it

I've tried what has been suggested, like signing out/ back into Netflix, deleting the game data folder for Netflix, restart.... none of that works. I can start watching for about 5 minutes, then back to stuck at 25%. Also, when I quit Netflix to exit out of it, it restarts the PS3. Others seem to be having this issue from this last update, so I hope it gets fixed ASAP. We use Netflix on a daily basis, so this is extremely irritating.

I started having this issue yesterday as well, is Netflix aware and working on the issue?

Hey guys,

I have the same problem :((((

Which netflix app version are you running, and which ISP are you connected to?

I heard there were some comcast netflix issues.

I have been having the same issue, and I don't have Comcast. The problem started last weekend, when the 2.18 update was installed. After uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, I finally got it to work occassionally. Sometimes it will work, and sometimes I have to sign in and sign out a bunch of times and it might work, or go right back to loading 25%. It defininetly is not fixed yet.

Same thaning happening to me.  I've spent 3 hours in ths past 5 days on the phone with Netflix.  No amount of rebooting, turning off, signing on again etc. works!!  Ready to cancel NETFLIX.  Anyone have trouble with other site?  Maybe i'LL TRY AMAZON PRIME.
