Netflix phone line has taped message saying go to support.netflix.com but I couldn't get to it.  So, I googled the two words Netflix support and support.netflix.com was one of the results. I clicked on it and got in.  There was a message about clearning your tracking cookies, and the two words "tracking cookies" was a clickable item.  I clicked on that item and voila I am in.

Thanks for the tip. The support.netflix.com route worked for me on IE.

It worked - thank you!! :)

Thanks, that worked fine until I moved some items in my queue, and within minutes I was back to the signon screen, and finally the nonsense "woops" screen. Their suggestion to remove cookies is a classic try this or try that approach. Clearing cookies is a big inconvience since all of your cookies get cleared. They need to find new programmers if it takes three days to debug a simple cookies issue that has worked fine for years.

Have similar problem as Don. Initially I was able to view my queue when I clicked through via a prior Netflix email which advised me of the last DVD shipped to me. Then, when I clicked on DVD name in my queue, it asked me to log-in (which was strange, because I have "remember me" ticked. When I logged in, it told me my Log In was wrong (which it wasn't). Then I saw the enable cookie nonsense. I closed browser, went to netflix.com, and got a 404 Err0r - page cannot be displayed.
