Can't get to queue

Same problem as others:  several days and can't access queue to view or update.  Message:  

We're Sorry

The Netflix site is temporarily unavailable. Our engineers are working hard to bring the site back up as quickly as possible.

They can't be working very hard or the site would be up by now.  What IS going on?

If this is a DVD queue for secondary profile - this problem is going for at least a month now: http://www.reddit.com/r/netflix/comments/15b4al/very_new_to_this_help_with_profiles/ http://bit.ly/ZYxi4l I've called them and there is no ETA and no way to access queues for secondary profiles :(
