Cannot sign on

Their programmers are hopeless.  They have spent three days screwing around with cookies (that have worked fine for the last 4 years).  I still get endless loops of signons anytime I try to rearrange my queue (like its checking the cookie every time anything is done to add, move or search for DVD titles).  All thye have to do is roll back to the previous working version and debug the current problem on a test server.
