Same here. It was saying no internet connection, but when I test out my network, its perfectly fine, plus Vudu and Hulu Plus work. After the 4th time trying to get it to load, its now stuck on getting titles, it just keeps with the spinning circles and red screen.
Got on their website a few mins ago and was able to add stuff to my streaming queue, so no clue whats going on.
Finally got mine to work after being down for 10 days. Call 1-866-579-7115 to report your problem. Netflix claims that even though people have been complaining about their site not working since January 26th, no one has complained to them at their direct phone number.
6th time trying to load it must be the charm. It loaded straight up normal and brough up my entire queue. Working fine now.
