I've tried serveral times. 1/2 the time the app won't load at all. The other 1/2 it loads, but the movies won't play

I click on the Netflix app on my Xbox The red Netflix screen comes up with the loading symbol below it and it freezes there and the loading symbol keeps spinning I've deleted and redownloaded the app twice nothing has worked please help
