after login, will not go to home page

after watching a movie and clicking back to return to the browser, white page comes up stating that there was an error and that i need to click on the link to go back to netflix home page, but it never goes there. tried from different browsers, same issue. tried clearing cache and logging in again, but after login, same page, same issue.
