movies will not load, constant "retrieving" over and over again - spent 25 minutes on a useless chat when first question I asked was is Netflix having a problem like they did on Christmas Eve or is it just me....oh no, no problem with netflix everything here is working fine - NOT! Lying reps don't help your customer approval they just waste our time and make us wish for a viable alternative.
