If you have a staff this is when you send them on VTO; voluntary time off. Or if they refuse and want to work their full time week, then you tell them their hours have been changed for the week. Go home and they will work more hours throughout the rest of the days in the week. I've managed 23 employees and these things happen. Don't pay them to work useless hours.
