Ebay Website Not Functioning

I can log in but thats all.

Multiple attemps trying to do a search for an item, page loaded VERY SLOWLY.

When the items page finally did appear was unable to scroll or do anything,

the screen seemed frozen yet would hop up & down every so often.

Was also unable to close the website, had to shut down my internet in order to dis-connect.
