Cannot Buy Items or Post a new item for sale

As of 13:02 PST I still cannot reliably perform: Cart retrieval Purchase any new item. Transfer to the payment interface fails List a new item for sale. During creation of the listing the creation fails at various points. Failures due to various reasons: Page not found. No response form the site. Data lost during internal service transfers. Service unavailable on the target server when referred.

For one Item I needed I was lucky enough to find the seller's contact information listed on their eBay store polices page. Thankfully that part of the eBay was up enough so that I could make direct contact with the seller and purchase outside of eBay. The seller had no idea of the eBay outage until I mentioned it to them.
